A message from Clarivate, partial sponsor of this event:
Hello PIPLA members – Bryan Barto from Clarivate is sponsoring our 2026 Top Golf event on June 4th and wants to make sure everyone is aware of Clarivate’s NEW Patent Services Portal!!
It’s a new web‑based portal that costs nothing to use, and gives your entire firm a single, centralized place to manage a variety of patent services (see image below).

Why firms are taking a closer look:
- No cost to access or use — simply log in and get started
- Firm‑wide visibility — attorneys, paralegals, and IP ops all working from the same system
- One‑stop shop for foreign filing requests and translations
- Instant estimates & quotes with the ability to convert to orders anytime
- Real‑time status tracking — quotes, orders, and completed work at your fingertips
- Auto‑fetched bibliographic data to reduce manual entry and save time
- Central document access — filings, receipts, and translated files all in one place
- Built‑in reporting for spend, savings, and volume (exportable to Excel)
Many firms are already using the portal as a shared workspace — even if only a few people submit work, everyone can easily track matters, access documents, and stay informed without relying on email chains or spreadsheets.
If this sounds potentially useful, feel free to talk to Bryan Barto (bryan.barto@clarivate.com) at the Top Golf event, or simply drop him an email to schedule a quick chat to discuss further!
